Conservation
The 2,500 square metre area is divided into seven secure, fire-protected storage rooms. The archives are divided up according to their medium and preciousness.
These premises, which comply with the conservation standards in force, allow for optimal preservation of the archives.
Paper documents, technical plans, posters, objects, CD-ROMs and DVDs are kept at a temperature of 18°C and a relative humidity of 50%.
The rooms housing the glass plates, silver films, negatives, slides and magnetic tapes (VHS, sound tapes, etc.) are kept at 16°C and 35% relative humidity.
